A McDade-branded mobile app for clients. The agency stays at the center.
The McDade Client App is the agency-branded mobile app for McDade Insurance commercial and personal lines clients. The lead use case is on-demand certificate of insurance fulfillment for Texas contractors, trades, professional services, medical and dental practices, and any business with frequent COI requests from general contractors or job sites. The app also handles auto insurance ID cards, mobile claims documentation with photos and notes, asset inventory, policy change requests, and direct McDade team contact. The McDade Client App is built on the Insurance Agent App platform by GoInsuranceAgent, a Vertafore Orange Partner, and is SOC 2 Type II compliant. McDade does not own or operate the underlying technology. McDade is the agency-branded client-facing relationship.
On-demand Certificates of Insurance. From your phone. In seconds.
If your team gets a certificate of insurance request twice a week and someone has to call the office to have one cut, the McDade Client App removes that bottleneck. Pull an active certificate from your phone, edit the certificate holder information, and email the COI directly to a general contractor, vendor, or job site in seconds. No call. No wait. No after-hours bottleneck. It is the workflow that saves Texas contractors and trades the most time, and it is the reason the app belongs on the commercial side of the site.

How it works. Three steps.
Talk to a McDade broker about onboarding.
If you are not yet a McDade client, talk to a broker to start the commercial or personal lines conversation. If you are a McDade client, ask any McDade team member to set up your app credentials. Onboarding takes one phone call.
Install the McDade Client App.
Tap the universal install link from your phone. The link routes to the Apple App Store on iOS or to Google Play on Android automatically. The app installs in seconds. Log in with the credentials McDade provides.
Issue your first COI from your phone.
Open the app. Tap Certificates. Select the active certificate. Edit the certificate holder information. Tap Email. The COI delivers to the general contractor, vendor, or job site in seconds. Everything else (ID cards, claims, inventory) works the same way.
Built on the Insurance Agent App platform by GoInsuranceAgent, a Vertafore Orange Partner.
SOC 2 Type II compliant. Independent auditor certification of effective controls for security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy.
McDade does not own the platform. McDade is the agency-branded client-facing relationship.
A useful tool. Not a primary reason to download.
The McDade Client App was built for commercial COI fulfillment. Personal lines clients can use the app for several useful workflows, but the app is a supporting feature, not a primary reason to be a McDade client. The advisor relationship is the primary value McDade provides on personal lines.
Personal lines uses of the McDade Client App:
- Auto insurance ID cards on your phone for Texas traffic stops, vehicle registration verification, and rental car desks
- Mobile accident documentation at the scene with photos, voice notes, time stamps, and GPS coordinates submitted to McDade automatically
- Household and personal property inventory documentation, which can be the most-requested document at large-claim settlement time
- Direct McDade team contact for service questions, policy changes, mortgage updates, or scheduling a renewal review
"The McDade Client App handles the high-frequency, low-friction work. Issuing certificates. Pulling ID cards. Documenting accidents. The broker handles the work that needs a person. Coverage decisions, claim negotiation, renewal audits, the contract reading that earns our team-first language. The app keeps the agency at the center of the relationship, the way McDade works."

Questions worth asking before you download.
What is the McDade Client App?
The McDade Client App puts your certificates of insurance on your phone. The app is the McDade-branded deployment of the Insurance Agent App platform by GoInsuranceAgent, a Vertafore Orange Partner. Issue COIs on demand, 24/7. Email certificates directly to general contractors, vendors, or job sites in seconds. Access auto insurance ID cards. Document accidents with photos and notes. Submit policy change requests. Maintain a property or asset inventory. Reach the McDade team in a tap. The app is SOC 2 Type II compliant and free to McDade clients.
Who is the McDade Client App built for?
The lead use case is on-demand commercial certificate of insurance fulfillment. The app's primary audience is Texas contractors, trades, professional services, medical and dental practices, and any business with frequent COI requests from general contractors or job sites. If your team gets a certificate request twice a week and someone has to call the office to get one cut, the app is for you. Personal lines clients can also use the app for ID cards, accident documentation, and asset inventory, but that is a secondary benefit and not the primary reason the app exists.
How do I download the McDade Client App?
The fastest way is the universal install link. Tap https://x5b7.app.link/insurance-agent-app from your phone and the link routes you to the correct app store based on your device. If you prefer to navigate the stores directly, the McDade Client App is available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play. Once installed, log in with the credentials McDade provides. If you have not yet been onboarded, talk to a McDade broker and we will set up your account before you download.
Is the McDade Client App secure?
The McDade Client App is built on the Insurance Agent App platform by GoInsuranceAgent, which is SOC 2 Type II compliant. SOC 2 Type II is an independent auditor certification confirming that the platform maintains effective controls for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy over a sustained reporting period. The underlying platform vendor is a Vertafore Orange Partner, which is the certified integration tier for agency-management-system compatibility with Vertafore products.
Does the McDade Client App replace working with a McDade broker?
No. The McDade Client App is a service feature for clients, not a replacement for the advisory relationship. You can still call McDade, schedule a meeting with a broker, request a coverage review, or talk through a claim with a person. The app handles the high-frequency low-friction work like issuing certificates and accessing ID cards. The broker handles the work that needs a person. The app keeps the agency at the center of the relationship, the way McDade works.
Can I issue Certificates of Insurance directly from the McDade Client App?
Yes. Issuing COIs on demand is the lead feature of the McDade Client App. From the app you can pull an active certificate, edit the certificate holder information (general contractor name, job site address, policy effective dates), and email the certificate directly to the recipient in seconds. This is the workflow that saves Texas contractors and trades the most time and is the reason the app was deployed.
What does the McDade Client App cost?
The McDade Client App is free to McDade Insurance commercial and personal lines clients. There is no per-certificate fee, no monthly app subscription, and no broker fee for downloading or using the app. The app is a service feature included with your McDade relationship. The cost of the underlying Insurance Agent App platform license is paid by McDade, not by the client.
What if I prefer to use the McDade web portal instead of the mobile app?
A McDade-branded web portal version of the same platform is available at https://customer.insuranceagentapp.com/?tracking_id=43ae133f-22f7-4b8b-b9e0-e99fe8ae16fc. The web portal carries the same core functions as the mobile app. Some teams prefer the desktop workflow for COI bulk operations and prefer the mobile app for on-the-go access. You can use both. Same login credentials work across both surfaces.
The McDade Client App is a service feature for McDade Insurance clients, not a replacement for the advisory relationship. The app does not re-shop your coverage, does not provide live policy data independent of the McDade agency-management system, and does not replace working with a McDade broker on coverage decisions, claim negotiation, renewal audits, or commercial certificate program design. The underlying Insurance Agent App platform is operated by GoInsuranceAgent and is SOC 2 Type II compliant. McDade does not own or operate the underlying technology. The Texas Department of Insurance regulates McDade Insurance Brokerage Group, LLC (Texas License 2539471) but does not regulate the underlying app platform vendor. Always consult your actual declarations page and policy contract for coverage details. App availability and features subject to change. iOS and Android device compatibility requirements apply.
